Abstract:
Bakalářská práce představuje teoretická východiska age managementu jako přístupu k řešení otázky zvyšujícího se podílu starších zaměstnanců ve firmách. Cílem práce bylo podat analýzu věkové struktury konkrétní firmy a zrealizovat focus group za účelem zjištění přístupu vedení ke starším zaměstnancům. Její výstupy se díky komplexnosti problematiky zaměřují především na dělnické pozice.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis introduces a theoretical concept of an age management as solution of questions connected to an increasing number of aging employees in companies. The main goals of the thesis were to analyze an age structure in a concrete company and realize a focus group to gain the data from the management of the company.
