Cílem diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty obchodního závodu IHL TRANSPORT, s.r.o. k 31.12.2022 pro vlastníky a věřitele. Literární rešerše se nejprve zabývá legislati-vou oceňování podniku, oceňováním aktiv a teorií hodnoty. The aim of the thesis is to estimate the market value of the business plant IHL TRANSPORT, s.r.o. as of 31/12/2022 for owners and creditors. The literature review first deals with the legislative valuation of the company, the valuation of assets and the theory of value.
