The level of self-service abilities of people with mental disabilities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Úroveň sebeobslužných činností u osob s mentálním postižením se zabývá úrovní sebeobsluhy u žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením, středně těžkým mentální postižením a těžkým mentálním postižením. V první kapitole jsem se zaměřila na mentální postižení, vymezení pojmu a etiologii, klasifikaci a její stupně a na závěr této kapitoly jsem se věnovala sebeobsluze a sebeobslužným činnostem u osob s mentálním postižením. V druhé kapitole se zabývám možnostmi nácviku sebeobslužných činností. Konkrétněji hygienu, oblékání a obouvání a stravování. Poslední kapitola, třetí, je praktická, kde jsem aplikovala kvalitativní výzkum se zaměřením na pozorování, rozhovor a osobní dokumentaci žáků.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis The level of self-service abilities of people with mental disabilities deals with the levels of self-service in pupils with light mental disability, medium severe mental disability and severe mental disability. In the first chapter I focus on mental disability, defining the concept and etiology, classification and her degrees, and at the end of this chapter I devot myself to self-service and self-service abilities of people with mental disabilities. In the second chapter I deal with the possibilities of self-service abilities. More specifically, hygiene, dressing and eating. The last, third chapter, is practical, where I combined quantitative research with a focus on observation, Conversation and Personal documentation of pupils.
