Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá institutem českého rodinného práva – Střídavou péčí. Cílem diplomové práce je zabývat se střídavou péčí jako způsobem péče o dítě a to jak ze strany rodičů, tak i nezletilých dětí. This diploma thesis elaborates institute of Czech law system - shared custody. The aim of the work is to deal with shared custody like a way of exercise of parental responsibility form the view of both children and parents.
