Mergers and Acquisitions in Kazakhstan
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes standard M&A process, its goals and motives as well as the reasons of failed M&A. Bachelor thesis compares M&A process in western developed countries with developing Kazakh M&A market. Kazakh M&A process is illustrated through the local deal between KTZ and Kamkor companies including before and after merge financial analysis.
