Během posledních dvou století probíhal bouřlivý rozvoj sídel. Po urbanizaci, jež vyvrcholila ve druhé polovině 20. století, dochází v současné době především ke změnám vnitřních vazeb v regionech. The past two centuries have been a time of major development of settlements. Nowadays, after the peak of urbanization in the second half of the twentieth century, the process came to change the regions’ internal relations.
