Internal quidelines governing the accounting practice of the chosen company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic v účetnictví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou zahrnuty základní poznatky regulace účetnictví v České republice. Teoretická část dále obsahuje strukturu vnitřních směrnic, jejich dělení a zejména charakteristiku vybraných směrnic. Praktická část je zaměřena na tvorbu vnitřních směrnic v konkrétním podniku. V konečné fázi jsou navrhnuty dvě stěžejní směrnice, které byly vytvořeny na základě platné legislativy. Vypracované směrnice mohou přispět k lepšímu řízení a chodu podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of creating internal company directives in bookkeeping. This thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the basic overview of bookkeeping regulations in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part also contains the structure of internal company directives, their division and especially characteristics of selected directives. The practical part is focused on creating internal directives in a specific company. Finally, two key directives are presented which were created in accordance with the valid legislation. These two directives can contribute to the optimization of the company´s management and its operations.
