Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce řeší téma syndromu vyhoření u učitelů v mateřských školách. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou problematiky syndromu vyhoření. Jsou zmíněny definice několika autorů, je zde také lehká zmínka o historii syndromu. Dále jsou popsány příčiny vzniku a jednotlivé fáze. Práce se zabývá i prevencí a léčbou. Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the burnout syndrome of teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of burnout syndrome. Definitions of several authors are mentioned, there is also a slight mention of the history of burnout syndrome. The causes of the origin and individual phases are also described.
