Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých benefitů a konkurenceschopnosti firem. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část byla zaměřená na in-formace o způsobu poskytování benefitů, definice a charakteristiku trhu práce v současné době. V teoretické části byly popsány časté zaměstnanecké výhody z pohledu zaměstnance tak i zaměstnavatele. Praktická část věnovaná analýze získaných dat z dotazníkového šetření a popisu společností s různou nabídkou výhod, z kterých je vidět konkurenceschopnost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits and competitiveness of companies. The work contains a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part was focused on information about the way of providing benefits, definition and characteristics of the labor market at the present time. The theoretical part describes the frequent employee benefits from the perspective of both the employee and the employer. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey and the description of the benefit companies, from which the competitiveness can be seen.
