Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje proces obsazování pracovních míst, tedy personální plánování, získávání, výběr, přijímání a adaptaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti Infinit, s. r. o. Práce má dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se dovídáme o obecném procesu obsazování pracovních míst, kdežto praktická část popisuje a řeší celý proces obsazování pracovních míst ve společnosti Infinit, s. r. o. Součástí praktické části je také seznámení s výsledky vlastního výzkumu, který řeší úroveň přijímacího pohovoru a adaptaci zaměstnanců. Závěrem praktické části je návrh řešení, které by vedlo k lepšímu procesu obsazování pracovních míst v dané společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the process of filling vacancies, which means human resources planning, recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees in the company Infinit, s. r. o. The thesis has a two parts: theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, we learn about the general process of staffing, while the practical part describes and solves the whole process of filling vacancies in the company Infinit, s. r. o. The practical part is also inform about results of own research that solves level of the interview and adaptation employees. Finally, the practical part tables a proposal of solution that will lead to a better process of filling vacancies in the company.
