Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat motivační systém ve společnosti Ardagh Metal Packaging Czech Republic s.r.o., odštěpný závod Skřivany a na základě dotazníkového šetření zpracovat doporučení ke zlepšení motivačního systému.Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the motivation system in the company Ardagh Metal Packaging Czech Republic, ltd., branch Skřivany, and to provide recommendations for its improvement on the basis of a questionnaire survey.
