Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na úlohu strategického plánování v podniku. Analyzovanou společností byl CIUR a.s., který se zabývá vývojem, výrobou a prodejem celulózových vláken z recyklovaného papíru. In my Diploma Thesis I have focused on Strategic Planning. I have analyzed this type of planning in a company called CIUR a.s. which does business in the field of cellulose fibers made from recycled paper including development of such techniques, production and subsequent sale of its products.
