Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je rozbor účetních, daňových a právních aspektů u fyzické osoby a společnosti s ručením omezeným, jejich srovnání se zaměřením na výběr vhodnější formy podnikání, dle potřeb majitelů lékařských praxí.
Abstract:
The subject of this assignment is the analysis and comparison of accounting, tax and legal aspects for the individual and the limited company, with the focus being on choosing a more convenient form of business according to the needs of medical practice owners.
