Strategic analysis of the surroundings of company Kompek kombinát pekařské a cukrářské výroby, spol. s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá strategickou analýzou okolí podniku Kompek. Cílem této práce je posouzení vnějších faktorů působících na podnik vzhledem k plánovanému uvedení nových výrobků na trh a plánované zahraniční expanzi. Dále je cílem práce posoudit vhodnost aktuální strategie podniku vzhledem k zjištěným příležitostem a hrozbám plynoucí z této strategické analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny teoretická východiska a metodika z odborné literatury. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody strategické analýzy. Metody strategické analýzy použité v této práci jsou PESTEL analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, mapa konkurenčních skupin, analýza zainteresovaných skupin. V závěru práce je výčet klíčových příležitostí a hrozeb vyplývající z aplikace těchto metod a dále jsou na základě toho formulována doporučení pro podnik.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the surroundings of the company Kompek. The aim of this work is to assess the external factors affecting the company due to the planned launch of new products on the market and the planned foreign expansion. Furthermore, the aim of the work is to assess the suitability of the current strategy of the company with respect to the identified opportunities and threats arising from this analysis. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents the theoretical background and methodology from the literature. The methods of strategic analysis used in this work are PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, strategic group map and analysis of stakeholders. At the end of the work is a list of key opportunities and threats arising from the application of these methods and based on that, recommendations for company are formulated.
