Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá principy a metodami památkové ochrany architektury 20. a 21. století v závislosti na vývoji památkové péče u nás. Pojmenovává nedostatky a překážky efektivní stavební ochrany, zkoumá současné nastavení české legislativy, správy či financí a definuje některé výzvy. Na příkladech z regionální praxe poukazuje na funkční i nefunkční formy ochrany architektury 20. a 21. století v České republice i ve vybraných státech Evropy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the principles and methods of protection and conservation of the 20th and 21st century architectural heritage in relation to the development of the heritage conservation in our country. It identifies shortcomings and obstacles to effective building protection, examines the current state-of-the-art of Czech legislation, administration or finance management and defines some challenges. Using examples from regional practice, the diploma thesis points out functional and non-functional forms of the 20th and 21st century architecture monuments protection both in the Czech Republic and in selected European countries.
