Peter Becher's Works and Engagement in Czech-German Relations
Abstract:
The thesis will present the engagement and work of contemporary literary scientist and writer Peter Becher. At the background of the origin of the author, Becher's relationship with the Czechs, the issue of the forced displacement of the Sudeten Germans and related topics will be introduced. Furthermore, the thesis will analyze the author's essay, scientific and literary work.
Abstract:
Práce představí angažmá a dílo současného literárního vědce a spisovatele Petera Bechera. Na pozadí autorova původu bude nejdříve představen Becherův vztah k Čechám, k problematice nuceného vysídlení Sudetských Němců a k souvisejícím tématům. Dále bude práce analyzovat autorovo esejistické, vědecké a literární dílo.
