Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje komunikaci u křížového výslechu během soudních procesů znásilnění. Hlavním cílem je testovat hypotézu, zda jsou oběti znásilnění v křížovém vyšetřování znevýhodněny. Důraz je kladen na diskusi obhájců obžalovaných a obětí. Bakalářská práce vysvětluje základní pravidla komunikace u křížových výslechů a rozdělení moci.
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes the discourse of cross-examination during the court trials of rape. The main aim is to test the hypothesis that rape victims are handled to their disadvantage in cross-examination. The focus is on the discourse between the defense attorneys and the alleged victims. The thesis explains the basic rules of communication in cross-examination and the distribution of power.
