Identification of speculative bubbles
Abstract:
V teoretické části jsem rozebrali příčiny a důsledky vzniku, vývoje a prasknutí hned několika spekulativních bublin. Věnoval jsem se tulipánové bublině ze 17. století, hypoteční bublině, která zapříčinila krach Lehman Brothers v roce 2008, a v neposlední řadě krachu na akciovém trhu v roce 1929, který následovala Velká Deprese. In the theoretical part, we have analysed the causes and consequences of the origin, development and bursting of several speculative bubbles. I have looked at the tulip bubble from the 17th century, the mortgage bubble that caused the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008, and last but not least the stock market crash of 1929, which was followed by the Great Depression.
