Abstract:

Absolventská práce „Specifika sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právně ochrany dětí kolizní opatrovnictví“ se zabývá oblastí kolizního opatrovnictví jako specifické agendy orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Absolventská práce vymezuje orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, jeho činnost, legislativní ukotvení a jeho hlavní princip. Dále se věnuje institutu kolizního opatrovnictví a jeho rolím, legislativě a reflexi. Práce se zabývá i výkonem kolizního opatrovnictví v praxi, činností kolizního opatrovníka, jeho rolí v soudním řízení a specifiky práce kolizního opatrovnictví. Práce obsahuje rozhovory se sociálními pracovníky orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí (OSPOD), kteří vykonávají kolizní opatrovnictví. Jejich interpretace poskytuje pohled do současné praxe výkonu kolizního opatrovnictví.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis “Specifics of social workers of the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children in collision guardianship” deals with the area of collision guardianship as a specific agenda of the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children. The thesis defines the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children, its activities, legislative basis, and main principles. It also focuses on the institution of collision guardianship, its role, legislation, and reflection. The thesis further deals with the practice of collision guardianship, the activities of a collision guardian, their role in court proceedings, and the specifics of the work of collision guardianship. The thesis includes interviews with social workers from the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD) who perform collision guardianship. Their interpretations provide an insight into the current practice of collision guardianship.
