The entry of a Czech company into the Russian market on the example of Brano a.s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o podmínkách vstupu na ruský trh zejména z pohledu české firmy a také o možnostech, které při vstupu na tamní trh firma má. První kapitola práce popisuje obecné charakteristiky Ruska a jeho ekonomiky, ve druhé kapitole je potom pozornost věnována konkrétně podmínkám vstupu na ruský trh, ať už formou dovozu zboží nebo přímo založením dceřiné společnosti. Ve třetí kapitole je čtenář detailněji seznámen zejména se situací v ruském automobilovém průmyslu. Čtvrtá kapitola je založena na reálném příkladu české skupiny BRANO GROUP,a.s., která působí jako dodavatel automobilových dílů pro světové koncerny. V Rusku otevřela výrobní halu jako entita OOO BRANORUS a v současnosti se snaží upevnit svoji pozici na ruském trhu. Cílem praktické části práce je demonstrovat reálnou situaci a problémy, se kterými se firmy v Rusku setkávají, a porovnat je s dostupnými, teoretickými informacemi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the conditions of entering the Russian market, especially from the point of view of a Czech company, as well as the possibilities that a company has when entering the market. The first chapter of the thesis describes general characteristics of Russia and its economy, in the second chapter the attention is paid specifically to the conditions of entry to the Russian market, either in the form of goods importation or directly by the establishment of a subsidiary. In the third chapter the reader is acquainted in particular with the situation in the Russian automotive industry. The fourth chapter is based on a real example of the Czech group BRANO GROUP, a.s., Which acts as a supplier of automotive parts for TNCs. In Russia, BRANO opened the production hall as the entity OOO BRANORUS and is currently trying to consolidate its position on the Russian market. The aim of the practical part is to demonstrate the real situation and problems companies encounter in Russia and to compare them with available theoretical information.
