Analysis of the quality management system in the selected company.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze systému managementu jakosti ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z managementu a jakosti. Praktická část se věnuje samotné analýze systému managementu jakosti ve společnosti X. Výsledkem je hodnocení samotného systému a návrhy na zlepšení a zefektivnění.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the quality management system in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts of management and the quality. The practical part deals with the analysis of the quality management system in the company X. The result is an evaluation of the system itself and suggestions for improvement and streamlining.
