Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit faktory negativně ovlivňující compliance u seniorů, kteří navštěvují interní kardiologickou ambulanci vybrané nemocnice a ordinaci vybraného praktického lékaře Moravskoslezského kraje. Metodika: Těžištěm výzkumu byl standardizovaný dotazník Brief Medication Questionnaire 1 BMQ 1 (Stručný dotazník o lécích), na který odpovídalo v období od 28. 5. 2020 do 30. 9. 2020 130 seniorů. Výsledky: Na základě našeho výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že jedním z faktorů, které negativně ovlivňují complianci seniorů, je jejich věk. Pohlaví, nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání a počet užívaných druhů léků neměly podle analýzy výsledků vliv na farmakologickou complianci. Dále jsme zjistili, že většina seniorů, tj. 95 %, byla informována o tom, jak jim má jejich medikace pomáhat. Jedním ze stanovených cílů bylo také prozkoumat, zda seniorům způsobuje nastavená medikace nějaké potíže. Zde se ukázalo, že z našeho vzorku respondentů se vyskytlo 26 % seniorů, kterým medikace způsobovala potíže spojené například s nežádoucími účinky farmak, se zapamatováním dávkování, cenou a dostupností léků. Důležitým zjištěním pro nás byla také souvislost mezi výslednou hodnotou MMSE a compliancí pacienta. Z výsledku vyplynulo, že hodnota MMSE s jeho compliancí nesouvisela. Závěr: Compliance seniorů je podle zjištěných poznatků naší diplomové práce na velmi dobré úrovni. Ukázalo se, že jediným faktorem, který má na noncomplianc vliv, je faktor věku. Tedy čím byl senior mladší, tím byla jeho spolupráce na léčebném režimu horší. Z toho plyne doporučení zaměřit se na tuto problematickou oblast a adekvátními způsoby podporovat spolupráci seniorů nižšího věku.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of this master thesis was to determine the factors that negatively affect compliance of seniors who visit the internal cardiology clinic of some selected hospital and the surgery of some selected general practitioner in the Moravian-Silesian region. Methodology: The focus of the research was the standardized Brief Medication Questionnaire 1 BMQ 1, which was answered by 130 seniors in the period from 28 May 2020 to 30 September 2020. Results: Based on our research, it was found that one of the factors that negatively affects the compliance of seniors is their age. According to the analysis of the results was found that gender, education and the various types of used pills did not affect pharmacological compliance. We also found that the majority of seniors, 95 %, were informed how their medication should help them. One of the set goals was also to examine whether the set medication causes seniors any problems. Here, it turned out that from our sample of respondents, there were 26 % of seniors whose medication caused problems associated with, for example, side effects of drugs, remembering the dosage, price and availability of drugs. An important finding for us was also the relationship between the resulting value of MMSE and patient compliance. The result showed that the value of MMSE was not related to its compliance. Conslucions: According to the findings of the master thesis, the compliance of seniors is in very good level. It turned out that the only factor that affects noncompliance is the age factor. Thus, the younger senior, the worse his compliance on the treatment regimen. These results give us the recommendation to focus on this problematic area and supporting the cooperation of younger seniors in adequate ways.
