Táto práca popisuje v teoretickej časti problematiku reforiem a verejných financií. V analytickej časti sa zaoberá hodnotením výdavkov verejných financií a rieši hlavnú vybranú oblasť, a to oblasť školstva. V tejto práci sú využité rôzne metódy, na základe ktorých sú tieto analýzy vykonané.
