A Representation of the Urban Development in the Cadastre Unit Komárov based on a Web Map Service API
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá znázorněním urbanistického vývoje k. ú. Komárov v Brně pomocí webové mapové aplikace vytvořené za použití Google Maps API. Obsahem práce je také seznámení s dostupnými historickými podklady (především starými mapami), ze kterých lze čerpat informace o urbanistickém vývoji zkoumaného katastrálního území, a s možnostmi jejich počítačového zpracování pro zvolený účel.
Abstract:
The thesis presents urban development in the quarter of Brno known in the land registry as 'Komárov' using web map applications created with Mash Ups from Google Maps API. The thesis also draws on available historical materials (especially old maps) with which we can gather information about the urban development of this particular territory using all bespoke Information Technology applications.
