Analysis of the quality management system in the selected company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze systému managementu jakosti ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z managementu a pak také samotného systému managementu jakosti. Praktická část se věnuje samotné analýze systému managementu jakosti ve společnosti SOR Libchavy s.r.o. Výsledkem je hodnocení samotného systému a návrhy na zlepšení a zefektivnění.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the quality management system in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts of management and then the quality management system itself.
