Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje investici do koupě bytu za účelem pronájmu. Hlavním cílem této práce je posoudit investici z hlediska výnosnosti, rizikovosti a dalších faktorů. V práci je zohledněný také vývoj parametrů v budoucnosti. V práci jsou analyzovány tři varianty financování investice - první variantou je financování investice čistě z vlastních zdrojů investora. This bachelor thesis analyses the investment in purchase of an apartment for rent. The main goal of this thesis is to assess the investment in terms of profitability, risk and other factors. The thesis also takes into account the development of parameters in the future.
