Diplomová práce se zabývá prvotní veřejnou nabídkou akcií společnosti (IPO) a to z hlediska ekonomického a právního. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy (akciová společnost, akcie, kapitálový trh a financování podniku).
