Abstract:
Obsahem mé diplomové práce je přiblížit důležitost facility managementu při oceňování nemovitostí. Práce zachycuje jednotlivé obory a vybrané činnosti facility managementu, jeho současnost v České republice jakož i příklady jeho využití v praxi. Dále jsou v práci přiblíženy metody oceňování na tržních principech se zaměřením na klíčový význam výnosu z nájemného.
Abstract:
The content of my thesis is to show the importance of facility management to real estate valuation. The thesis captures the various disciplines and specific activities of facility management, its presence in the Czech Republic as well as a practical example of its use in practice.
