Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je především rozbor současné právní úpravy ochrany kulturního dědictví. V úvodní části se věnuji vymezení termínu kulturního dědictví. Hlavní část mé diplomové práce se zabývá podrobně mezinárodní právní úpravou pomocí úmluv vydaných UNESCO. Druhá část popisuje národní úpravu ochrany kulturního dědictví. Tendency of my dissertation is especially analysis of current juridical adjustment of protection cultural heritage. In preliminary part I attend to limitation of term cultural heritage.
