Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice environmentálních aspektů výživy člověka. Teoretická část práce se nejprve zabývá socio-ekonomickým pohledem na výživu, kde jsou popsány změny ve stravovacích návycích obyvatel za poslední desítky let a problematika malnutrice a potravinového zabezpečení.
