Social conseguences of people undergoing thein first prison sentence

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o sociálních dopadech prvovězněných obviněných. Obsahuje popis těchto negativních jevů spojených s vazebním uvězněním a vymezuje základní legislativní dokumenty a pojmy související s životem obviněného ve vazební věznici. V průběhu práce na textu bylo zjišťováno, jak sami obvinění vnímají sociální dopady v jejich životě jako důsledek jejich uvěznění.

Abstract:

The work deals with the social consequences first busted defendants. Contains a description of these negative phenomena associated with the arrest and detention defines the basic legal documents and terms related to the life of the accused in prison. In the course of the text was examined, as they accused the Social impacts in their lives as a result of their imprisonment.
