Abstract:

Název této bakalářské práce je Komentovaný překlad vybraných textů, dále je název blíže specifikován jako Komentovaný překlad vybraných textů vztahujících se k císařovně "Sisi". Prameny těchto textů jsou webová stránka Die Welt der Habsburger, konkrétně biografie Elisabeth, jejímž autorem je Martin Mutschlechner a kniha Elisabeth - Kaiserin und Königin, napsána Olivií Lichtscheidlovou a Michaelem Wohlfartem. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o teorii překladu, překladatelském procesu, osobnosti překladatele a o odborném, konkrétně pak také populárně naučném stylu. Praktická část se zabývá překladem textů, které spojuje osobnost císařovny Alžběty Bavorské, přezdívané Sisi. Na překlad textů navazuje komentář, který se zaměřuje na překladatelské problémy, se kterými bylo třeba se během překladu vypořádat. V závěru komentáře jsou shrnuty překladatelské postupy a procesy, které byly při hledání vhodné ekvivalence k těmto problematickým výrazům nejvíce využívány.

Abstract:

The title of this bachelor thesis is Commented Translation of Selected Texts, the title is further specified as Commented Translation of Selected Texts Related to Empress "Sisi". The sources of these texts are the website Die Welt der Habsburger, specifically the biography Elisabeth by Martin Mutschlechner and the book Elisabeth - Kaiserin und Königin, written by Olivia Lichtscheidl and Michael Wohlfart. This bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains information about translation theory, the translation process, the personality of the translator and the technical, specifically the popular scientific style. The practical part deals with the translation of texts linked by the personality of Empress Elisabeth of Bavaria, nicknamed Sisi. The translation of the texts is followed by a commentary that focuses on the translation problems that had to be dealt with during the translation process. The commentary concludes with a summary of the translation procedures and processes that were most used in the search for an appropriate equivalence to these problematic expressions.
