První část práce je věnována zhodnocení legislativního prostředí v návaznosti na legislativní předpisy ČR a EU. Další část práce se zabývá možností využití jednotlivých součástí vybraných vozidel při jejich fyzické likvidaci v souvislosti s ekonomickými aspekty.
