Information map of care for women with imminent abortive birth

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Informační mapa péče pro ženu s hrozícím předčasným porodem je prací teoreticko-praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsán předčasný porod, jeho patogeneze, příznaky, diagnostika, léčba a péče porodní asistentky o ženu s hrozícím předčasným porodem. Práce je též zaměřena na edukaci a edukační činnost porodní asistentky u žen s hrozícím předčasným porodem. V praktické části jsou vypracovány tří plány péče formou procesu v porodní asistenci poskytované ženám s hrozícím předčasným porodem, v nichž byl využit ošetřovatelský model Gordonové a ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle taxonomie Nanda II. International. Na základě zpracovaných kazuistik byl vytvořen návrh informační mapy péče pro ženu s hrozícím předčasným porodem, jehož součástí je manuál sloužící pro porodní asistentky.

Abstract:

The thesis Information map of care for woman with imminent abortive birth contains two parts: the theoretical one and the practical one. In the theoretical part, there is a description of abortive birth, its pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnostics, treatment and the midwife care of woman with an imminent abortive birth. The thesis is also aimed at the education of this issue for midwives. In the practical part, there are three plans of care in the form of process with regard to the imminent abortive birth. The Gordon´s and nursing diagnosis in accordance with the Nanda II. International taxonomy is used. The plan of an information map of care for woman with imminent abortive birth, which contains a manual for midwives, is created on the strength of elaborated casuistries.
