Personality Protection in Documentary Film

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce mapuje právní prostředí v České republice z hlediska ochrany osobnosti v dokumentárním filmu. Na příkladu několika dokumentárních filmů hledá hranici mezi ochranou osobnosti a tvůrčími možnostmi dokumentaristů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis maps the legal environment in the Czech Republic in terms of personality protection in documentary film. Using the example of several documentaries, it seeks the border between the protection of personality and the creative possibilities of documentary filmmakers.
