Police of the Czech Republik and its Characteristics
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o Policii ČR, jako specifickém bezpečnostním sboru. Hlavní pozornost věnuji její nové právní úpravě, především jejímu postavení, úkolům a oprávněním, organizaci, personálnímu základu, spolupráci s jinými orgány veřejné správy, její kontrole, mezinárodní spolupráci a dalším změnám učiněným v rámci reformy Policie ČR.
Abstract:
This diploma work deals with the Police of the Czech Republic, as the specific security corps. I give the main consideration to its new legal regulations, mainly its capacity and position, tasks and authority, organisation, personnel basis, cooperation with other administrative bodies, its control, international cooperation and other changes done by the police reform.
