Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit postoje zaměstnavatelů k osobám nad 50 let, jak vnímají jejich pracovní sílu a zda vidí nějaká omezení, která přicházejí s věkem. Dále zda je pro zaměstnavatele věk hlavním kritériem při výběru zaměstnanců a zda vyšší věk znamená velké omezení v pracovním výkonu. The aim of this thesis is to find out the attitudes of employers to persons over 50 years and how they perceive their workforce and if they know about any restrictions that comes with age. Furthermore, if age is the main criterion for employers and if higher age of employees may limit them in their jobs.
