Home office - advantages, disadvantages and threats of working remotely

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je home office, tedy práce z domova nebo na dálku. Práce se skládá z teoretické části a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou především rozebrány výhody, nevýhody a úskalí vzdálené práce. Mimo jiné je v ní popsán vývoj home office a jeho souvislost s koronavirovou pandemií, která se zapříčinila o jeho rapidní rozšíření po celém světě a také právní úprava práce na dálku v České republice. V praktické části je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, ve kterém respondenti projevují své názory na home office, a jak jej vnímají v praxi, jaké výhody a nevýhody pozorují a jaká forma práce na dálku jim vyhovuje.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is home office, i.e. working from home or remotely. The work consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the advantages, disadvantages and threats of remote work are discussed above all. Among other things, the development of the home office and its connection with the coronavirus pandemic, which caused its rapid spread throughout the world, as well as the legal regulation of remote work in the Czech Republic, are described. In the practical part, there is an evaluation of the questionnaire survey, in which the respondents express their opinions about the home office, and how they perceive it in practice, what advantages and disadvantages they observe and what form of remote work suits them.
