Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Firemní kultura a učící se organizace" je zaměřena na vymezení teoretických východisek firemní kultury a učící se organizace. Věnuje se zejména specifickému vzdělávání dospělých a psychosociálním souvislostem profesního zdokonalování zaměstnanců. V praktické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum na pobočce přepravní společnosti, která se snaží být učící se organizací. Cílem práce je diagnostika firemní kultury a zmapování situace za účelem odhalení možných úskalí při poskytování služeb i fungování této organizační jednotky. Hlavním záměrem bude navrhnout řešení ze sociálně pedagogického hlediska, které by zlepšilo chod organizace i poskytování služeb veřejnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis "Company Culture and Learning Organization" focuses on defining the theoretical basics of a company culture and a learning organization. It particularly deals with specific adult education and psychosocial contexts of professional improvement of employees. Quantitative research on a branch of a transport company that strives to become a learning organization has been conducted in the practical part. The aim is diagnostics of company culture and situation analysis in order to detect the possible pitfalls in providing services and in the operation of this business unit. There will be effort to propose solutions from the socio-pedagogical point of view, which would improve the operation of the organization as well as providing services to the public.
