Lifestyle of patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá životním stylem pacientů s diagnózou akutní pankreatitida. V teoretické části se věnuji anatomii slinivky břišní, akutní pankreatitidě a její klasifikaci, příčinám, příznakům, komplikacím, diagnostice a léčbě. Dále je v teoretické práci zmíněna ošetřovatelská péče, edukace a životní styl. Praktická část byla realizována kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením. Data byla získána polostrukturovaným rozhovorem od pěti pacientů s diagnózou akutní pankreatitida. Následně tyto data podlehla otevřenému kódování a kategorizaci. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení životního stylu pacientů s diagnózou akutní pankreatitida. Jako výstup z bakalářské práce byla vytvořena informační brožura.

Abstract:

This belachor´s thesis deals with the lifestyle of patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. In the theoretical part I focus on the anatomy of the pancreas, acute pancreatitis and her classification, causes, symptoms, complications, diagnostics and treatment. Nursing care, education and lifestyle are also mentioned in the theoretical part. The practical part was implemented throught a qualitative research investigation. Data were obtained through a semistructured interview from five patients diagnosed with acute pan-creatitis. Subsenquently, these data were subject to open coding and categorizaton. The result of the belachor thesis is an evaluation of the lifestyle of patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. An educational brochure was created as an output from the belachor´s thesis.
