The Optimization of Capital Structure of the Concrete Company.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci kapitálové struktury a doporučení pro optimální kapitálovou strukturu z hlediska využití zdrojů financování. Teoretická část definuje kapitálovou strukturu a její determinanty, které ji ovlivňují. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány náklady kapitálu a objasněny některé teoretické poznatky a teorie související s optimalizací. Praktická část se skládá ze tří částí. V první části je charakterizován vybraný podnik AGROPA a.s. a jsou zde vypočteny základní finanční ukazatele sloužící ke stručné analýze podniku za období 2006 - 2011. V druhé části je podrobně rozebrána analýza kapitálové struktury podniku, vypočten bod indiference a také náklady jednotlivých druhů kapitálu (WACC) dle metody INFA, používané Ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu. Třetí část praktické části diplomové práce zkoumá různý poměr zadlužení, dle vybraných teorií. Práce se zaměřuje především na teorii klasickou, M&M, kompromisní, teorii čtyř dimenzí a teorii manželů Neumaierových. Závěrečná část diplomové práce obsahuje návrh optimální kapitálové struktury pro společnost AGROPA a.s. s přihlédnutím k její současné strategii.

Abstract:

The dissertation is aimed at optimizing capital structure and recommendations for optimal capital structure in terms of the use of financial resources. The theoretical part defines the capital structure and it's determinants that affect it. Furthermore are characterized the cost of capital and clarifies theoretical knowledge and theory related to optimization. The practical part consists of three parts. The first part is aimed at calculating basic financial indicators in order to create a brief analysis of the enterprise during period 2006 - 2011. In the second part there is detailed analysis of capital structure, Break ? Even Point (BEP) and the costs of each type of capital (WACC) according to the method INFA, as applied by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The third part of the practical dissertation examines the various debt ratio according to the chosen theories. The work focuses on Classical theory, M & M, Compromise theory, Theory Brealey and Myers, Theory Neumaier spouses. The final part of the dissertation contains a proposal for the optimal capital structure for the company AGROPA a.s. taking into account its current strategy.
