Hlavním tématem práce je odpovědnost za škodu způsobenou autonomním vozidlem. V úvodu práce jsou stručně vymezeny specifické rysy autonomních systémů a autonomních vozidel, které mají dopady na odpovědnost za škodu způsobenou těmito systémy. The main topic of the thesis is liability for damage caused by an autonomous vehicle. In the introduction of the thesis, the specific features of autonomous systems and autonomous vehicles that have implications for liability for damage caused by these systems are briefly defined.
