Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na organizaci a řízení basketbalového oddílu TJ Slavia Kroměříž. Hlavním cílem bylo předložení získaných informací o organizační struktuře, včetně informací o basketbalové akademii, možnostech financování, které jsou doplněny o rozpočtové tabulky. V závěru práce je uveden rozhovor s místopředsedou oddílu, který shrnuje uvedené poznatky.
Abstract:
Thesis is focused on the organization and management of the basketball club TJ Slavia Kromeriz. Main goal was to submit the information on the organizational structure, including a basketball academy, funding opportunities, which are complemented by the budget table. At the end is given an interview with the vice-chairman of the basketball club, who shares his point of view.
