Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na prozkoumání potenciálu na trhu z pohledu služeb virtuální asistentky. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit zájem o služby virtuální asistentky – zjištění zákaznických preferencí a pomocí vypracování podnikatelského plánu na založení společnosti poskytující služby virtuální exekutivní a osobní asistentky v České republice zjistit, zda může být takový projekt reálně uskutečnitelný a rentabilní. Cílem první části této práce je prozkoumat problematiku podnikatelského plánu se zaměřením na jeho strukturu a legislativní podmínky pro založení společnosti s ručením omezeným. Druhá část práce již uvádí konkrétně sestavený podnikatelský plán na založení společnosti „Virtual Assist s.r.o.“ poskytující služby virtuální asistentky, popis konkrétních služeb, které budou nabízeny, analýza trhu a zákazníků, marketingový a finanční plán. Závěr práce se věnuje vyhodnocení podnikatelského plánu, které shrnuje hlavní poznatky práce. Jelikož je vybrané téma využitelné v praxi, není vyloučeno přímé využití podnikatelského plánu v blízké budoucnosti v takovém případě, kdy závěr práce bude pozitivní.

Abstract:

The work is focused on exploring the potential in the market from the perspective of virtual assistant services. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the interest in virtual assistant services - finding out customer preferences and by developing a business plan to establish a company providing virtual executive and personal assistant services in the Czech Republic to find out whether such a project can be realistically feasible and profitable. The aim of the first part of this work is to examine the issues of the business plan with a focus on its structure and legislative conditions for the establishment of a limited liability company. The second part of the work already presents a specific business plan for the establishment of the company "Virtual Assist s.r.o." providing virtual assistant services, a description of specific services that will be offered, market and customer analysis, marketing and financial plan. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the business plan, which summarizes the main findings of the work. As the selected topic can be used in practice, the use of a business plan in the near future in such a case when the conclusion of the work will be positive is not excluded.
