V našej bakalárskej práci sme sa zameriavali na rozdiel efektivity vzdeláva-cieho školenia v účtovnej spoločnosti medzi online a offline kurzu. Cieľom práce je posúdiť efektívnosť vzdelávania zamestnancov a navrhnúť spôsob využitia jeho vybraných foriem v podniku. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlav-ných častí.
