Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o řádných opravných prostředcích ve správním řízení. Práce obsahuje obecné vymezení systému opravných prostředků, jak ve správním řízení, tak následnou možnost soudního přezkumu. This bachelor thesis deals with remedies in administrative proceedings. The thesis includes a general definitiv of the systém of remedies, both in administrative proceedings and the subsequent posibility of judicial review.
