Exhaust gas composition modification of spark ignition engines by using exhaust-gas catalyst - material education gadget (educational panel)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úpravu a složení výfukových plynů zážehových motorů použitím katalyzátoru s materiálně didaktickou pomůckou uzavřeného regulačního obvodu, včetně výfukové soustavy Škody Fabia 1.4 16V (55 kW). V úvodní části se zaobírám motorovými palivy ať už jejich složením, tvorbou a spalováním. V dalších částech se zaměřuji na složení výfukových plynů a vlastnosti škodlivých složek, které vznikají při spalování paliva v souvislosti se součinitelem přebytku vzduchu ?, vývojem emisních předpisů EHK a rozdělení norem EU. Dále porovnávám naměřené emisní hodnoty pro motory Škoda Fabia 1.4 16V splňující normu EURO 4 a 1.2 TSI s normou EURO 5. V závěrečné fázi se dostáváme k úpravě složení výfukových plynů za použití katalyzátorů a lambda sond a následně jejich konstrukcí.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on treatment and the composition of exhaust gases from the engine using a catalyst material and teaching aids closed loop, including the exhaust system Skoda Fabia 1.4 16V (55 kW). In the first part focuses on motor fuels, whether their composition, formation and combustion. In the following sections focus on the composition of exhaust gases and the properties of harmful substances generated by the combustion of fuel in connection with excess air coefficient ?, the development of emission regulations EHK and distribution of EU standards. Furthermore, comparing the measured emission rates for engine Skoda Fabia 1.4 16V meeting Euro 4 and 1.2 TSI with Euro 5 In the final stage, we come to modify the composition of exhaust gases using a catalytic converter and lambda probe, and consequently their structures.
