Abstract:

Byla vypracována literární rešerše, která se zabývala stanovením rtuti ve vzorcích multivitamínových přípravků. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována metodám pro analýzu rtuti, zejména termooxidační metodě. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na popsání vlastností rtuti a její analytické metody stanovení rtuti. Prakticky byla rtuť stanovována ve vzorcích multivitamínových přípravků termooxidační metodou na přístroji AMA 254. Nalezené koncentrace rtuti byly v rozmezí hodnot 0,0037 - 0,0312 \recke{mu}g.g-1.

Abstract:

It has been designed a literary research, which dealt with the determination of mercury in samples of multivitamins preparations. Special attention was paid to methods for the analysis of mercury in particular the thermooxidation method. The theoretical part is focused on describing of properties of mercury and its analytical methodologies for the determination of mercury. Practically, mercury was determined in samples of multivitamins preparations by the thermooxidation method using the device AMA 254. Concentrations of mercury were found in the range of 0,0037 to 0,0312 ?g.g-1.
