The solution of bankrupcy of the company Kordarna a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl popsat řešení krizové situace v podniku a nezbytné kroky k jeho uzdravení. Je zde uplatněn aktuální insolvenční zákon č.182/2006 Sb., který své nové podobě z roku 2008 dovoluje řešit úpadek společnosti mimo jiné cestou reorganizace. V případě souhlasu s provedením reorganizace a schválení reorganizačního plánu je podnik zachován a případně prodán investorovi. Tato práce sleduje uplatnění nového insolvenčního zákona v insolvenčním řízení s podnikem Kordárna a.s., jehoţ závazky přesahují 5,5mld. Kč. Je zde popsáno insolvenční řízení a jeho zásady. V práci jsou také zmíněny principy restrukturalizace a je rozebrán reorganizační plán.

Abstract:

Abstract This bachelor thesis has aim to describe the critical situation in a company and the necessery steps, which the company should do in order to heal. The new insolvency law nr.182/2006 Sb. is applied here, because it enables the company to solve the bankrupcy through the process of reorganization. In case that reorganization and the reorganization plan is agreed on, the company runs it business further on or it's sold to the investor. This thesis focuses on this situation in the Kordárna, a.s. company. It's liabilities were more than 5,5 bln. Czech crowns. The whole insolvency proceeding is described here with its fundamentals. The reorganization plan and the principles of restructuring are also covered.
