Accuracy of working diagnosis by paramedics for patients presenting with dyspnoea
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vymezení přesnosti pracovní diagnózy zdravotnických záchranářů u pacientů s dušností. Porovnává přesnost diagnózy v závislosti na druhu posádky, porovnává návaznost terapie ve zdravotnickém zařízení na přednemocniční terapii, vymezuje shodu pracovní diagnózy záchranářů a rozpoznání zdravotního stavu dispečerem.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis aims to determine accuracy of working diagnosis by paramedics. It compares accuracy of diagnosis between ambulance crews, it compares relationships and continuity between prehospital and hospital therapy. The bachelor's thesis determine accuracy between paramedic's working diagnosis and recognizing patient's health status by Health operations center.
